AF4EU will host its Final Event “Think Agroforestry: Enhancing Business Models and Advisory Services” on 10th November 2025 at the headquarters of COPA-COGECA in Brussels.
This event will bring together leading experts, researchers, policy officers, and practitioners from across Europe to discuss how agroforestry can strengthen sustainable business models, improve advisory services, and enhance the position of farmers in agricultural value chains.
Organized by USC, in collaboration with FEUGA, the event will provide a platform for exchange and cooperation among key stakeholders working to advance agroforestry as a resilient and profitable land use system in Europe.

Advancing Agroforestry Knowledge and Cooperation in Europe
The “Think Agroforestry” event represents a milestone in the effort to strengthen cooperation among European initiatives promoting agroforestry, and to share knowledge and tools that support its implementation at farm and policy levels.
By bringing together experts from leading institutions such as FAO, TEAGASC, AUA, ZALF, and USC, along with coordinators from EU-funded projects including EU4ADVICE, CORENET, and GREENCOOP, this event aims to foster dialogue, innovation, and capacity building for sustainable land management across Europe.
AF4EU continues to play a pivotal role in promoting agroforestry as a resilient, multifunctional, and economically viable agricultural system, aligned with the European Green Deal and the transition toward climate-smart agriculture.
