The first workshop of the Slovak RAIN was held the day 28 of September 2023, at the National Forest Centre in Zvolen, central Slovakia, organised by the IB Michal Pástor together with other colleagues from the same team.
The session started with a introduction of the AF4EU project, its links with AFINET, previus RAIN lighthouses results, an the general objectives of the workshop.
After that, the participants discussed about opportunities and barriers of agroforestry value chains and carried out a survey. The event concluded with the presentation of a farm business model and interviews with selected farmers.
